Pantea F. Stevenson

Pantea F. Stevenson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Stevenson focuses her practice on advising and representing life sciences and technology companies on general corporate matters, corporate transactions, and securities.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Stevenson was a mergers and acquisitions associate in the New York office of an international law firm.

Ms. Stevenson received her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2008. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to Judge D. Dowd of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where Judge Dowd sat by designation. Ms. Stevenson received her B.S. in biology, with a minor in neurobiology, from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004. She is fluent in conversational Farsi.

Ms. Stevenson is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
