Angela G. McGuire

Angela G. McGuire is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice and a member of the Global Outsourcing Group. Ms. McGuire focuses her practice on outsourcing transactions and other technology transactions, including software licensing and development.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. McGuire held in-house counsel positions at a Fortune 100 global communications company and a leading tax and financial services corporation. Her background includes the handling of large-scale technology procurement transactions, trademark clearance and licensing, content licensing, and serving as lead advertising counsel.

Ms. McGuire is a past president of the Mid-America Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and a graduate of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Leadership Academy.

Ms. McGuire received her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 1998 and her B.A. in communication from Pittsburg State University in 1996.

Ms. McGuire is admitted to practice in Texas and Kansas.
