Christina Mesires Fournaris is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Personal Law Practice. Ms. Fournaris focuses her practice on estate, tax, and generational wealth planning for individuals and family groups. She counsels families and the owners of family owned businesses in connection with wealth preservation, multigenerational planning, and business succession planning, including the preparation of shareholders' agreements. Ms. Fournaris also advises fiduciaries in connection with trust and estate administration matters. She counsels clients with respect to charitable planning techniques, including charitable trusts and private foundations.
Ms. Fournaris is a former member of the Executive Committee of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and regularly lectures on estate and tax planning techniques. She is active in a variety of professional and civic organizations.
Ms. Fournaris received her J.D. from Cornell University Law School in 1991 and her A.B., cum laude, in government and music from Smith College in 1988.
