Nathan L. Piper

Nathan L. Piper is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Piper focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Piper practiced in the New York office of a large international law firm, where he worked on a range of corporate and real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities, and private equity transactions.

Mr. Piper received his L.L.M. in international business law from University College London in 2010. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2010, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and was published in the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law with a note titled "Assessing the Potential for Shari'ah Compliant Project Finance in India." Mr. Piper earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
