Ludovic Malgrain is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. He focuses on criminal financial law (corporations and securities law), criminal economic law (antitrust and trade regulation laws), industrial risks law and criminal labor law.
In the past year, Mr. Malgrain has been at the forefront of major significant cases such as the Air France Concord crash (July 2000) and the collapsing of the gangway of the Queen Mary II (November 2003). He represents clients in the financial and banking sector, the civil engineering industry, the mining quarries industries and the manufacturing airline sector. He regularly participates in conferences on French legal topics such as misappropriation of corporate funds, delegation of powers and corporate responsibility. Mr. Malgrain was recruited as part of Thierry Dalmasso's team.
