Lindsey K. Schroeder is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Schroeder's practice focuses on employment litigation, including the defense of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She also regularly advises clients on labor employment issues such as employee termination risk assessment, wage and hour compliance, employee benefit programs, and recruiting and hiring. Ms. Schroeder additionally reviews and drafts employment-related agreements, including both executive employment agreements and management severance agreements.
Ms. Schroeder received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2006. While in law school, she served as technical editor for the Hastings Law Journal and advisory board member of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation. Ms. Schroeder also worked as a judicial extern to Judge Patricia V. Trumbull of the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California. Ms. Schroeder received her B.A. in psychology and business administration from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996.
