Kate E. Haskell is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Haskell was a finance associate in the Boston office of an international law firm, where she represented leading financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions.
Ms. Haskell earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2007, where she served as the editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. She received her B.S. from Sacred Heart University in 2004.
Ms. Haskell is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
