Victoria A. Labriola is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Labriola represents leading financial institutions in a variety of domestic and international commercial finance transactions. Her practice is primarily focused on syndicated debt financings (both secured and unsecured facilities), asset-based financings, and domestic and international loan workouts and restructurings.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Labriola was a finance associate in the Boston office of an international law firm.

Ms. Labriola received her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and her M.B.A. from Suffolk University in 2002. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Labriola received the Series 7 and 63 certifications from the National Association of Securities Dealers and the New York Stock Exchange. She also worked in the fixed income trading area of an investment and money management firm in New York and in the international bond area of an investment management company in Boston. She received her B.A. from Tufts University in 1995.

Ms. Labriola is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
