Kathleen M. Martin is an associate in the Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. Ms. Martin focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, particularly real estate acquisitions, acquisition finance, dispositions, and leasing.

Ms. Martin has represented REITS, equity sponsors, lending institutions, and companies in connection with various commercial transactions, including supermarket chains, and industrial and manufacturing companies. Ms. Martin regularly represents clients in the acquisition, sale, and financing of real estate bulk portfolios.

Prior to relocating to the New York office, Ms. Martin practiced in the firm's Miami office for several years. While practicing in Miami, Ms. Martin was an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law.

Ms. Martin is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
