Andriette A. Roberts is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Roberts was a pro bono attorney for the National Employment Law Project as a participant in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program. She provided information to unemployed workers across the country related to federal unemployment benefits created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.

Ms. Roberts received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2009, where she worked for the Hofstra University Community and Economic Development Clinic providing transactional assistance to nonprofits and community-based organizations. Ms. Roberts received her B.A., cum laude, in political science from Clark Atlanta University in 2005.
