Benjamin H. Field is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Field focuses his practice primarily on ERISA and employee benefits litigation and general employment litigation. He also represents employers in single plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and complex collective and class action litigation before federal courts.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Field was associated with a prominent international law firm as well as a prominent Philadelphia litigation defense firm, where he represented corporate defendants in a wide variety of litigation including securities, products liability, and other class actions; white collar and government investigations; and complex commercial litigation. In addition, he has pro bono experience representing public housing tenants, and serves on the board of a local non-profit organization.
Mr. Field earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005. While in law school, he served as articles editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Mr. Field earned his M.A. in social science from the University of Chicago in 1998 and his B.A., with departmental honors, in political science from Vassar College in 1993.
Mr. Field is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
