Jason D. Burns is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Burns was a clinical fellow at the University of Michigan Law School Human Trafficking Clinic as a participant in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program. At the clinic, he assisted in representing victims of human trafficking and in developing a comprehensive database of domestic trafficking prosecutions.

Mr. Burns received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2010. While in law school, he served as an intern with the Legal Resources Centre in Cape Town, South Africa, where he helped represent clients in matters involving environmental and refugee law. Mr. Burns received his A.B. in history from Cornell University in 2003.
