Philip H. Werner is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Werner's practice focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Mr. Werner is involved in a wide range of acquisition and corporate financing transactions representing buy-out funds, institutional investors, and strategic acquirers. He has experience in the areas of leveraged acquisitions, strategic equity and corporate partnering investments, recapitalizations, and restructurings involving various industries. He also represents foreign companies in connection with their acquisition activities in the United States.

Mr. Werner lectures in the areas of corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions and most recently presented at the George Washington University symposium on consolidation in the defense industry.

Mr. Werner is admitted to practice in New York.
