Jeffrey D. Brooks is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Brooks' practice focuses on a variety of complex commercial matters in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Brooks has represented clients in matters involving insurance coverage disputes, securities fraud, products liability, SEC investigations, and internal corporate investigations. He is a member of the team that recently represented a large banking institution through discovery and a six-week trial concerning an insurance-backed motion picture financing transaction. That case was the first to go to trial in a series of related cases involving film-financing transactions that are pending in New York and London.

Mr. Brooks received his J.D., with honors, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1997, where he served on the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. Mr. Brooks received his B.F.A. from New York University in 1994, with a double major in film production and politics.

Mr. Brooks is admitted to practice in New York.
