Adam D. Brooke is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Brooke's practice focuses on patent procurement, opinion work, and litigation in the electrical and mechanical arts. He has prosecuted a wide range of patent applications in various technologies, including liquid crystal displays, semiconductor devices, software, automotive systems, aircraft components, video games, printers, cameras, and measurement devices.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Brooke was an associate at a boutique intellectual property law firm in northern Virginia.

Mr. Brooke earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis in 2010, where he was an associate editor of the Journal of Law and Policy, served as vice president of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and was awarded a CALI Award for attaining the highest grade in IP Litigation. Prior to attending law school, he worked as an electrical engineer at an engineering consulting firm in Maryland, where his work included a broad array of technologies, including analog and board level design, radio receivers, FPGA design, and software development. Mr. Brooke earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from Grove City College in 2005.

Mr. Brooke is admitted to practice in Virginia only and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
