Cindy L. Dole

Cindy L. Dole is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Dole's practice focuses on venture capital financing, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities, with an emphasis on investment in emerging companies. Ms. Dole's practice also includes technology-based transactions, including technology and content licensing, transfers of intellectual property rights, joint development and joint venture arrangements, distribution and sales arrangements, supply, manufacturing and foundry relationships, and cross-border licensing and strategic alliances.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Dole participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program working at the California Law Revision Commission, where she conducted legal and policy analysis on complex and controversial legal problems identified for reform by the state legislature.

Ms. Dole earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2009, where she was a member of the UC Davis Law Review, a board member of the Perfect Tender Co-Op, a student member of the Schwartz-Levi American Inn of Court, and a recipient of the Witkin Academic Excellence Award in Business Planning and Drafting. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dole spent a number of years working as a technical and marketing communications manager in the life sciences industry. She earned her B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1992.
