Howard A. Kenny is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Securities Practice. Mr. Kenny's practice focuses on public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, and corporate governance and securities regulation.

Mr. Kenny is a member of the firm's Media and Information Practice Group and counsels, among others, companies in both the print and Internet publishing industry on a wide variety of legal matters. He represents media clients in capital raising, the purchase and sale of newspapers and magazines, private equity investments and joint ventures.

Mr. Kenny also frequently advises foreign based companies in the media, food, shipping and other industries, primarily in capital raising and securities regulation in the U.S. He has counseled a wide variety of European clients on high yield debt offerings under Rule 144A, ADR programs, ongoing securities law compliance, registered equity offerings, stock exchange listings and other transactions.
