Howard A. Kenny is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. He is also a member of the firm's Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity Practices. Mr. Kenny's practice focuses primarily on public and private offerings, securities regulation, corporate governance, and various business transactions.
Mr. Kenny advises a wide variety of clients in numerous industries, including media, financial services, food, healthcare, and retail. He assists clients in capital raisings, IPOs, venture capital investments, and acquisitions and sales of businesses. He also acts as the regular securities disclosure and corporate governance counsel to a number of publicly traded companies. Mr. Kenny has represented a large number of public and private, U.S., and foreign companies in connection with offerings of all types of debt instruments, including high yield and convertible debt. He also frequently advises non-U.S. companies on securities regulation and stock exchange listings in the United States.
