Brandon J. Brigham is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis as an associate, Mr. Brigham participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program working for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, where he evaluated and litigated claims of discrimination.

Mr. Brigham earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2009, where he was named to the Order of the Coif and received the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in the study of Labor and Employment Law and served as a managing editor of the Villanova Law Review. While in law school, he completed a legal externship for Judge Marjorie Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Brigham earned his B.A. in philosophy from Pennsylvania State University in 2003, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Brigham is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
