Lindsay A. Bish

Lindsay A. Bish is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Bish worked as an attorney for TE Connectivity.

Ms. Bish received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the Villanova University School of Law in 2010, where she was an associate editor of the Villanova Law Review and named to the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007.

Ms. Bish is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
