Irene De Beni is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. We handle the most complex antitrust issues that affect clients in all industries and throughout the global economy. Our lawyers advise clients regarding mergers and other filings; obtain clearance from national and international competition authorities; defend clients in government, private investigations, or litigation; provide antitrust counseling and negotiate with competition agencies; and help ensure that clients’ business operations comply with—but are not unduly restrained by—applicable competition law requirements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. De Beni worked as a public policy adviser in an American ICT Industry Association in Brussels, advocating the interests of the global ICT industry and focusing on issues related to antitrust, workforce development, intellectual property, and public procurement.
Ms. De Beni earned her LL.M. in European law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium in 2005 and her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Verona, Faculty of Law, Italy in 2002. Ms. De Beni is fluent in Italian, English, and French.
Ms. De Beni is admitted to practice in Italy only.
