Rachel M. Walsh

Rachel M. Walsh is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation and Intellectual Property Practices. Ms. Walsh focuses her practice on all aspects of patent litigation in a variety of technologies, including semiconductors, medical devices, telecommunications, and biotechnology. She has represented clients in district courts as well as at the International Trade Commission.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Walsh was an associate in the intellectual property litigation department of a firm in San Francisco. From 2006 to 2007, she served as a law clerk for Judge William Alsup of the Northern District of California.

Ms. Walsh received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2006, where she received a pro bono distinction. She received a B.S., summa cum laude, with honors, in chemistry and a B.S., summa cum laude, in biological sciences from the University of Missouri in 2003.

Ms. Walsh is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
