Robert Bradford "Brad" Farrar is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Farrar's practice includes energy, general corporate matters, inbound and outbound cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Farrar was an associate at another international law firm, resident in Beijing.
Mr. Farrar received his J.D., with certificates in international legal studies and taxation, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2008 and his B.A. in Chinese language from San Jose State University in 2001. He also studied at the Beijing Language and Culture University. Mr. Farrar is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Mr. Farrar is admitted to practice in California only and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of International Trade.

法拉先生2008年获得太平洋大学麦克乔治法学院法学博士学位并取得国际法和税法的证书。于2001年，他从加州州立大学圣何塞分校获得汉语学士学位。法拉先生还曾在北京语言大学学习， 可以流利地使用中英文。
法拉先生具有美国加利福尼亚州的律师执业资格，准入美国加州北区、加州东区、加州中区和加州南区的地区法院以及美国国际贸易法院。

- Assisted a Chinese oil company in preparation and drafting of documents relating to the divestitures of interests in Niger, including production sharing contract, joint operating agreements between the seller and the state, sale and purchase agreement, lifting agreement, transportation agreement, and preparation for closing documentation and materials.
- Assisted a Chinese oil company in analysis of a Niger production sharing contract for divestitures of interests therein.
- Assisted a Chinese oil company in the analysis of a purchase agreement for divestitures of interests located in Niger.
- Assisted a Chinese oil company in the purchase and acquisition of petroleum interests in Kyrgyzstan.
- Advised a company (involved in reprocessing fluids in silicon wafer manufacturing) on employment matters and structuring issues surrounding its expansion of operations into China.
