Nicole Diller is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice.
In her practice, Ms. Diller focuses on ERISA and other employee benefit litigation, fiduciary counseling, and legal aspects of benefits and plan administration. She counsels and defends employers, insurance carriers, financial institutions and third-party administrators in class action and individual benefit litigation matters nationwide. Her clients include public and private corporations, governmental benefit plans, financial institutions, multiemployer pension plans and nonprofit entities.
Ms. Diller advises companies on compliance with ERISA's fiduciary provisions, including use of employer stock in retirement plans, allocation of plan expenses, investment of plan assets, and prohibited transaction exemptions.
Ms. Diller received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1991 and her B.G.S., with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1987.
Ms. Diller is admitted to practice in California and before the following courts: the Supreme Court of California; the Second, Third, Sixth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals; the Northern, Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California; the District of Connecticut; the District of Colorado; the Eastern District of Michigan; the District of Wisconsin; and all trial and appellate state courts in California and courts in the District of Columbia.
