Xin "Cindy" Zhou is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Personal Law Practice. Our Personal Law Practice serves the legal and financial interests of individuals and family-owned businesses, particularly in traditional estate, investment and tax planning, and the administration of estates and trusts. We also represent individuals and family groups with substantial wealth in planning for the continued control and succession of closely held business enterprises, organizing and managing charitable trusts and foundations, and managing other personal financial interests.

Ms. Zhou focuses her practice on federal income, estate, and gift taxation; estate and trust administration; and complex estate, tax, and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals.

Ms. Zhou earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2009 and her B.A. in English language and literature from Fudan University, China in 2006. She is fluent in Mandarin.

Ms. Zhou is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and California.
