Benjamin H. Pensak is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Pensak focuses his practice in the life sciences industry, advising public and private biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies based in the U.S. and abroad on general corporate and transactional matters. Mr. Pensak advises his clients on a variety of mission-critical, usually technology-based, transactions including negotiation and structuring of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate partnering, licensing, and other complex collaborations. Related matters include drafting and negotiating technical contractual arrangements for drug discovery, development, manufacture and supply, marketing, and outsourcing among life sciences companies, universities, and other research organizations. 

Mr. Pensak received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2006, where he was an associate editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law. Mr. Pensak received his B.A., with honors, in religion from Wesleyan University, while conducting a range of microbiology research focused primarily on gene therapy.

Mr. Pensak is admitted to practice in California and Pennsylvania.
