Thomas E. Nelson is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Nelson concentrates his practice primarily in patent prosecution and patent litigation. Mr. Nelson has technical experience in the areas of wireless communications, digital signal processing, digital hardware design, computer architecture, software development, microwave engineering, and radar.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Nelson worked as a design engineer for the Syracuse Research Corporation, designing digital signal processors for radar systems. He also served as marketing manager for the Wireless Products Group at Anaren Microwave, Inc.

Mr. Nelson is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
