Shah M. Nizami is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Mr. Nizami earned his J.D., magna cum laude, with a concentration in business law, from Suffolk University Law School in 2011. While in law school, he was a note editor on the Suffolk Transnational Law Review and earned the jurisprudence award for receiving the highest grade in contracts and commercial law courses. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Nizami also worked as a law clerk in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. He earned his B.S. in business administration, with a concentration in financial markets, from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell in 2007.

Mr. Nizami is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
