Eric Tajcher

Eric Tajcher is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business Transactions Practice. The attorneys in this practice represent clients in a wide range of business transactions, including negotiated purchases and divestitures by public and private companies, tender offers, restructurings, spin-offs, leveraged buy-outs, and “going private” transactions. We represent buyers and sellers, investment and commercial banks, private equity and venture capital funds, and other clients in transactions ranging from a few million dollars to more than $70 billion.

Mr. Tajcher earned his J.D. in 2002 from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. in 1998 from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.
