Emmeline S. Liu is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Liu's practice focuses on all structuring and restructuring of domestic and international financing transactions. She regularly represents borrowers, financial institutions, creditors, potential acquirers, and other parties of interest on a variety of matters including acquisition financing, syndicated loan facilities, corporate bankruptcies and workouts, including debtor-in-possession financing and the purchase and sale of assets out of bankruptcy.

Ms. Liu received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2006 and her B.A. from Cornell University in 2003.

Ms. Liu is admitted to practice in New York.
