Harry F. Doscher

Harry F. Doscher is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice.  Mr. Doscher focuses his practice on litigating intellectual property disputes and has worked on various intellectual property transactional matters, including IP due diligence, securitization, and licensing.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Doscher managed a manufacturing and distribution company. He also has developed and worked with software-to-model physical processes in nuclear reactor design, operation, and waste storage.

Mr. Doscher earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2006 and his B.S. in nuclear engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1994.

Mr. Doscher is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
