Nicholas Nigam is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Nicholas advises on a wide range of banking, finance, and corporate matters, including investment grade and leveraged lending, asset finance, project finance, refinancing, derivatives, and other structured products. He predominantly works in emerging markets but has experience in the UK and throughout Europe, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, Africa, and Asia.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nicholas was an associate in the corporate practice of another international law firm, resident in London.
Nicholas received his LPC from Nottingham Law School, England, in 2007 and his LLB (Hons) from the University of Nottingham, England, in 2006.
Nicholas is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
