Benjamin Davidson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Davidson works on a wide variety of labor and employment cases, including class actions, wage and hour claims, and discrimination claims.

Mr. Davidson received his J.D. from Cornell University Law School in 2005, where he was a managing editor for the Cornell International Law Journal. During law school, Mr. Davidson served as an extern for Judge David G. Larimer of the Western District of New York, was selected to be an honors fellow for two years in Cornell's legal writing program, and participated in Cornell's Asylum and Convention Against Torture clinic. Prior to law school, he worked as a video editor for a nightly national sports show and as a staff writer for a Los Angeles area newspaper. He also traveled extensively through Latin America and worked for a marketing company in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Mr. Davidson received his B.A., cum laude, in sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996, where he was selected by the faculty to be a student speaker at UCLA's Sociology Commencement ceremony.

Mr. Davidson is admitted to practice in California.
