Jeremy A. Menkowitz is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Menkowitz was an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia for five years, where he prosecuted major felony crimes including attempted murders, aggravated assaults, and other violent crimes. Mr. Menkowitz has tried more than 20 jury trials to verdict in the Court of Common Pleas and hundreds of bench trials in both the Court of Common Pleas and the Municipal Court. Additionally, he has litigated motions in limine and post-verdict motions.

Mr. Menkowitz earned his J.D. from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2006, where he was the recipient of the Victor A. Jaczun Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and the Captain Robert Miller Knox Award for outstanding contribution to the school community. While in law school, Mr. Menkowitz served as president of the Student Bar Association and was a member of both the Temple University National Trial Team and Moot Court Honor Society. As part of the trial team, he won first place at the ABA National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition. Mr. Menkowitz earned his M.B.A. from Temple University in 2006 and his B.A., with honors, in history from the University of Michigan in 2003.

Mr. Menkowitz is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
