Angel D. Fernandez is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Fernandez was an associate at a large international law firm.

Mr. Fernandez earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law in 2006, where he was research editor of the Hofstra Law Review and received the Excellence in Contracts Award. He earned his B.A. in economics from Trinity College in 2003.

Mr. Fernandez is admitted to practice in New York.
