Peter J. Nagle

Peter James Nagle is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Nagle counsels clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues, including patent prosecution and patent strategy in the computer software, computer system architecture, computer graphics and visualization, computer hardware, and medical devices industries.

Mr. Nagle received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2010, where he was the editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Nagle worked as an automation engineer for two years, developing both hardware and software systems for dedicated machine, process, and motion control applications. Mr. Nagle earned his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2004.

Mr. Nagle is admitted to practice in California.
