Gerald P. Konkel is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Konkel's practice focuses on insurance recovery litigation matters. He has represented and advised clients in complex trial and appellate litigation matters involving insurance coverage, antitrust, and intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts. Mr. Konkel has represented plaintiffs in class action insurance recovery litigation and defendants in class action antitrust litigation. He also has represented and advised clients involved in government antitrust investigations.

Mr. Konkel earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University, School of Law in 1996 and his B.A. from Saint Louis University in 1993. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Konkel clerked at the Missouri Court of Appeals.

Mr. Konkel is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Missouri.
