Catherine L. Hunter is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm’s Private Investment Funds Practice. Ms. Hunter represents and provides counsel to investment banks, private investment funds, and global institutional investors in connection with their investments in domestic and international private investment funds, including hedge funds, venture capital funds, secondary funds, and other private investment funds.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Hunter served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Hunter received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2005, where she was articles editor of the Media Law and Policy Journal, and her B.A. in economics and business from Lafayette College in 2002.
Ms. Hunter is admitted to practice in New York.
