Jennifer R. Bagosy is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Bagosy focuses her practice on general commercial litigation, with experience in professional liability litigation, securities litigation and white collar criminal defense, bank failure–related litigation, and False Claims Act litigation. She has participated in several trials, briefed appeals before state and federal appellate courts, and has submitted briefs of amicus curiae to the Supreme Court. She also has participated in disability rights litigation as part of her pro bono practice.
Ms. Bagosy earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2002, where she came in first at the Beaudry Moot Court and National Civil Rights Moot Court Competitions. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from Bradley University in 1999.

- Represented a former officer and director of a failed bank in an investigation by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and in a bankruptcy adversary proceeding involving a complaint by the Creditors' Committee and Liquidating Trustee alleging breaches of fiduciary duty, and a Notice of Claim by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
- Represented a bank and predecessor savings and loan against the U.S. government in a Winstar-related breach of contract action arising out of the savings & loan crisis of the 1980s; participated in two trials before the Court of Federal Claims that involved witnesses from the FDIC and the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) and two appeals; verdict in client's favor of $76.5 million affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
