Adrienne M. Ward is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Ward focuses her practice on complex securities litigation and the representation of public companies, broker-dealers, investment advisors and their employees in SEC, state and SRO investigations, internal investigations and other regulatory enforcement matters. Her background includes a wide variety of commercial civil litigations as well as white collar criminal defense work. Ms. Ward most recently defended broker-dealer clients in matters involving fee-based accounts, market timing, the research analyst rules and registration and other reporting requirements.

Ms. Ward earned her J.D. in 1994 from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a James Kent Scholar and received the Susan Price Carr Scholarship. She also served as an articles editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, and as a Helena Rubenstein Foundation Fellow at the National Organization of Women, Legal Defense Fund. Ms. Ward received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985.
