Martin F. Conniff is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business Transactions Practice. Mr. Conniff's practice focuses on corporate law, including secured lending, maritime financing, mergers and acquisitions, and analysis of insurance risks in connection with project financings.

Mr. Conniff lectures and writes on various aspects of international corporate and financing practice. Before joining the firm in 1994, Mr. Conniff was a partner at the New York firm of Lord Day & Lord, Barrett Smith. While at Lord Day, he managed that firm’s London office from 1983 to 1989.
