John G. Ferreira is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Mr. Ferreira's practice involves every aspect of employee benefits, executive and equity compensation, and related areas. His clients include high-tech start-up companies, middle-market and large manufacturers, retailers and financial service providers (including multinational companies), non-profit institutions, and individual executives. Several of Mr. Ferreira's clients are ESOP companies.
Mr. Ferreira has taught a number of courses for the Duquesne University Benefits Institute, and he is a regular speaker on employee benefits topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, WEB and other organizations.
Mr. Ferreira is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
