Oren D. Langer is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Langer focuses his practice primarily on intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on patents and Hatch-Waxman litigation. He represents clients in a broad range of industries including pharmaceuticals and medical devices. In addition to his litigation background, Mr. Langer also counsels clients in intellectual property matters.

Mr. Langer received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of both the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law and the Intellectual Property Law Society. While in law school, he was a judicial intern for Judge Alfred J. Lechner, Jr. and Judge Dennis M. Cavanaugh of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Langer worked as an organic chemist for Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Pharmacopeia. He received his B.A. in chemistry with a biology option from Rutgers College in 2000.
Mr. Langer is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
