Eleanor Tai is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Tai participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program working for the Office of University Counsel at Pace University.

Ms. Tai received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2009 and her B.A., summa cum laude, in English from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.

Ms. Tai is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
