Juan Damian Guzman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Guzman assisted the general counsel of Sesame Workshop as a participant in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program.

Mr. Guzman received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2009, where he served as articles editor and production editor for the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law. While in law school, he also worked with the Columbia Law School Mediation Clinic. Mr. Guzman received his B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in 2006.

Mr. Guzman is admitted to practice in New York.
