Jens-Dietrich Mitzlaff is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Dr. Mitzlaff's practice is focused on corporate finance, banking transactions, syndicated loans, derivatives, and acquisition finance; as well as a broad range of capital markets matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Dr. Mitzlaff worked as a finance and corporate partner in the Frankfurt office of a "Magic Circle" firm. Before that he worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in London.
Dr. Mitzlaff received his DR.JUR. from the University of Passau in 1996; his S.S.E. in Berlin, Germany in 1996; and his F.S.E. from the University of Bayreuth in 1993. He is fluent in German and English.
Dr. Mitzlaff is admitted to practice in Frankfurt, Germany.
