Kenneth J. Davis is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Davis' intellectual property background includes the prosecution of patent applications, preparation of infringement and validity opinions, drafting and negotiation of technology licensing agreements, and litigation matters relating to patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Davis was a project director responsible for the engineering, design, and implementation of systems for chemical, biological, thermal and physical treatment of contaminated media.
Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
