Kenneth J. Davis is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Davis's intellectual property background includes the prosecution of patent applications; product clearance reviews; preparation of noninfringement and invalidity opinions; drafting and negotiation of technology licensing and collaboration agreements; and litigating and settling disputes relating to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights.
Mr. Davis represents both multinational and emerging growth companies and has advised clients in areas such as consumer products, medical devices, cosmetics, specialty chemicals, and business methods.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Davis was a project director responsible for the engineering, design, and implementation of systems for chemical, biological, thermal, and physical treatment of contaminated media.
Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
