Paulo B. McKeeby is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice and co-chair of the Noncompete and Trade Secrets Practice. Mr. McKeeby regularly serves as a litigator on behalf of management in connection with all types of employment disputes, including claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and numerous state statutes. Mr. McKeeby also regularly advises and serves as a litigator for clients regarding the Family and Medical Leave Act and related laws, and noncompetition and trade secret cases, as well as litigation and enforcement proceedings with the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr McKeeby was an employment partner at a leading international law firm.

Mr. McKeeby has spoken on various topics related to the representation of management in employment litigation, as well as strategies and techniques to avoid litigation.

Mr. McKeeby received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1992 and his B.A. from the University of Tennessee in 1988.

Mr. McKeeby is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. He is also board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
