Richard B. Aldridge is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Transactions Practice and serves as co-chair of the Group's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. Mr. Aldridge counsels clients in a wide range of complex business law matters, with an emphasis on both public and private company merger and acquisition transactions. He regularly advises clients with respect to takeover preparedness matters, corporate governance issues and obligations under securities laws, particularly in connection with acquisitions of publicly and privately held companies and public and private securities offerings, in addition to other general corporate matters.

Mr. Aldridge represents clients in a variety of fields, including the financial services, energy, telecommunications, technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and electric utility industries.

Mr. Aldridge is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
