Michael P. Monagle

Michael Patrick Monagle is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation.

Mr. Monagle joined Morgan Lewis as a summer associate in 2004 and participated in the PICS program as a volunteer to the San Francisco district attorney, Kamala Harris. In addition to his corporate practice, which includes venture financing, asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, Mr. Monagle volunteers in various counseling and litigation pro bono matters.

Mr. Monagle received his J.D. in 2005 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and participated as an exchange student to the University of Copenhagen in the fall of 2004, studying the World Trade Organization and European criminal justice. He was also executive editor of the Constitutional Law Quarterly 2004-2005. Mr. Monagle received his B.A., cum laude, in communication studies from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1997.
