Mo Taherzadeh is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. Mr. Taherzadeh has handled matters involving breach of contract, antitrust, misappropriation of trade secrets, covenants not to compete, construction litigation, and product liability. Mr. Taherzadeh also has handled numerous appellate matters, including mandamus appeals. 

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Taherzadeh was an associate in the litigation departments of a full-service international law firm and a nationally recognized litigation boutique. Before entering private practice, Mr. Taherzadeh served as briefing attorney to Justice Samuel M. Nuchia of First Court of Appeals of Texas from 2000-2001.

Mr. Taherzadeh received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center in 2000, where he served as the executive editor of the Houston Journal of International Law and was awarded the Editor of the Year award for 1999-2000. He received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1997.

Mr. Taherzadeh is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
